Traci Saulsberry

Traci Saulsberry is a senior communications executive, leadership coach and author.

Traci was one of the youngest Black leaders to hold a senior executive title at NBCU where she worked for 13 years. She most recently built and led the communications team at the streaming service Peacock, where she steered a team of more than 30 people.

As a keynote speaker and learning facilitator, Traci leads workshops and courses on knowing and owning your voice in order to become an effective leader professionally and personally. Her passion includes an emphasis on helping audiences find and own their voice while navigating spaces where they are of the minority.

Traci is currently pursing her RYT 200 Yoga teaching certificate to compliment her unique leadership philosophy: working with intention, collaboration, self-awareness, humility and focus. She includes thoughtful tools and practices that help her audiences gain confidence and own their voice through the lens or wellness and mindfulness.

Her annual “Poetry + Wine” events share proceeds with Go Campaign, an organization aimed at supporting underserved children, for which she also serves as a board member.

Traci resides in Los Angeles with her beautiful and energetic son Cameron.
