Monica Cox

Monica Cox is a writer from North Carolina who writes contemporary fiction exploring the complexities of marriage, family, and friendship. She is also a book coach guiding writers through their writing and revision process. Monica graduated from the Hussman School of Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and spent her early career in public and media relations telling client stories through various written and broadcast media tools. When she’s not writing or coaching, you can find Monica reading, on a walk in the woods, or cheering on her beloved Tar Heels. She currently lives in North Carolina with her husband, two teenage boys, and an ornery, but adorable cat. You can follow Monica at @monicacoxwrites on Instagram.
