Michelle Lindo-Rice is an award winning, bestselling author who enjoys crafting fiction centered about the four "F" words: Faith, Friendship, Family and Forgiveness. Her debut novel, SING A NEW SONG was a Black Expressions Bestseller and Editor's Choice Feature Selection. She is the 2015 winner of the Black Writers And Book Clubs Rocks Female Author of the Year Award and a recipient of the 2017 Black Pearls Legend & Leader Award.

MY STEPS ARE ORDERED, the second book in the "On the Right Path" series made the AALBC bestseller lists on May/June 2014 and August/September 2014. MY STEPS ARE ORDERED was also #1 in UBAWA's 2014 Top 100 list. THE FALL OF THE PRODIGAL made Black Christian Reads National Bestsellers Fiction Top Ten List several times in 2015.

Michelle was honored to a nominee for Christian Fiction Author of the Year with AAMBC Book Club in 2014 and with Building Relationships Around Books (BRAB) Bookclub. Her "Able to Love" Series was nominated for Swirl Awards in the areas of best Interracial Series and Best Cover in 2015. SILENT PRAISE was also selected as a USA Today Must-Read HEA romance in April 2015. Michelle was also a proud nominee in 2016 for an AALA Christian Fiction Award for TELL ME LIES and in 2017 for THE RESOLUTION, which made the AALBC May/June 2017 Bestseller List at #8. REASON TO SING made#1 on the Black Christian Reads National Bestseller List and her joint project with Michelle Stimpson, SMALL TOWN FAITH topped the African American Christian Fiction category on Amazon.

Originally from Jamaica West Indies, she sees herself as a lifelong learner. She has earned degrees from New York University, SUNY at Stony Brook, Teachers College Columbia University and Argosy University.
