Juani Scholtz

Juani Scholtz is a children’s book illustrator based in South Africa. They received their BA in Visual Communications Design and later pursued a High Certificate in 3D animation and Visual Effects. Their biggest drive is their own childhood, often wondering what tiny Juani would do in certain situations.

Juani’s art is described as "painterly with a touch of magic," where they incorporate traditional textures and techniques into their digital work using Photoshop.
