Ashton marchand

Ashton is a novelist based out of Houston, TX who writes fantasy worlds with a particular focus on power structures, non-violence, and the exploration of heroism in its many forms. Ashton holds a B.A in Integrative Studies (English and Political Science) as well as a B.S in Nursing. They currently work in Pediatric Nursing with a focus in Hematology/Oncology and Emergency Medicine. Growing up multi-racial and queer, Ashton loves telling stories from the perspectives of people in liminal spaces who don't feel like they 'fit' in any one category. In her free time, Ashton enjoys martial arts, weight-lifting, hiking with her partner, and spoiling their three cats rotten.
