Anahita Eftekhari

Anahita Eftekhari uses fiction to explore how the concept of "identity" and "home" got muddled within her existence as an Iranian diaspora and a bisexual with a neurospicy perspective. Always on the search for her "just right," she spent most of her early-to-mid 20s traveling, her longest stay being 3-years in Busan, South Korea. Now settled back in Toronto, she's an RN who doesn't shy away from gore and prefers her fiction to be as fast-paced and titillating as her day job. Anahita's short stories can be found in the Upper Rubber Boot anthology Sharp & Sugar Tooth: Women Up To No Good, as well as multiple online publications. She can be found on Instagram @ablueajah.
